Boulevard Filmes

Boulevard Filmes is an independent production and distribution company with over a decade of activity. Notable titles include Amor, Plástico e Barulho, Libelu – Abaixo a Ditadura and the animated feature Papaya. The company is currently producing the documentary Todas as Batidas de Gilberto Gil and developing A Última Cachorra, Nina Kopko’s debut feature.

Direção

Nina Kopko, 32, has a degree in Cinema from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She works as a director, screenwriter and acting coach. She was the assistant director of the feature film The Invisible Life of Eurídice Gusmão (Un Certain Regard Grand Prize, Cannes Film Festival, 2019) and The Silence of Heaven, in addition to having been a project development supervisor at RT Features. She is currently a professor at the CENA 15 Screenwriting Lab and is developing personal directing projects.

Tainá Muhringer Tokitaka holds degrees in Film from FAAP and in Portuguese Language and Literature from USP. She earned a master’s degree at ECA-USP, where she studied Images of Violence in Brazilian Cinema. She writes fiction and documentary projects. In the true-crime genre, she wrote Caso Evandro (Globoplay), served as head writer on A Mulher da Casa Abandonada (Amazon Prime), and wrote the documentary feature Caso Eloá – Refém ao Vivo (Netflix).

Letícia Friedrich is a producer and distributor. As a producer, she produced the award-winning short film Chão de Fábrica, by Nina Kopko, and the feature film Amor, Plástico e Barulho, by Renata Pinheiro. As a distributor, she coordinated the release of more than 30 feature films, including Sem Coração, by Nara Normante, A Hora da Estrela (4K), by Suzana Amaral, and Histórias que o Nosso Cinema (não) Contava, by Fernanda Pessoa.
