Erika (17) has just received a scholarship to study Law at a renowned university. For her mother and grandmother, Erika is a blessing from God and the promise of a better future. Isabella (17) studies Law because her mother is a successful lawyer. The two girls become accomplices and love surprises them. Isabella doesn’t question herself at all, while Erika struggles to get her mother and the pastor’s sermons out of her head. One night, while touching and kissing in Isabella’s car, they are surprised by two police officers. Isabella resolves the situation with a bribe, but Erika is terrified and decides to end everything. The next day, they argue and kiss. Mónica, a friend of Isabella’s who feels left out and jealous, films them without them noticing and posts the video on the internet. The video goes viral, triggering violence and homophobia around them until it destroys Erika and Isabella’s love.
