The film talks about the relationship between an employee and his boss. How it prospers and then breaks. About their tortuous relationship with happiness, freedom and work. The boss is a young owner of several rural businesses. He comes from a bourgeois family and lives a modern life. It has everything except your child’s health. The employee is even younger than his boss. He is the eldest son of a hunting guide in the region, who is working with a tractor for the first time. He lives in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by wild humility, with his parents and his son’s mother. You are in urgent need of your own work; but it cannot stand alone. He dreams of participating in a raid for which he trains a horse. Tragedy happens. The employee’s baby dies in an accident with the tractor his father drives. The boss feels guilt and as a way to alleviate it, he starts trying to help his employee, giving him something to do.
