Matilha tells the story of Miguel (37), administrator of the resources of a small and very traditional village in the Andes who lives by raising cattle and believes that his ancestors, when they die, come from the top of the hill in search of those who remained, so that they can rest with them. Until one night the community is attacked by a pack of dogs.

Pequén Producciones founded in 2016 by Karin Cuyul and Joséphine Schroeder in Santiago de Chile. It currently produces several projects, fiction and documentaries, with strong authorial proposals, observing and illustrating the world from Chile.
Planta has been carrying out fiction, documentary, editorial and advertising projects since 2010. Las Analfabetas (Moisés Sepúlveda) was his first feature film. Currently producing the documentary series Cabinet (Felipe Ríos) and Habitar (Verônica Wüest and Joaquín Mora).
