La Selva Cine e Cidade Lunar

La Selva Cine was born from the need to produce projects independently, to navigate between documentary, fiction and visual essay. It is characterized by a space for creative discussion and the production of projects with a strong artistic nature, which question and move. It was founded by five friends with important and diverse trajectories within the Colombian cinematographic and artistic world.

Cidade Lunar is a film production company, based in Colombia, which was created by directors Ciro Guerra and Cristina Gallego. It consists of a support platform for filmmakers whose work transcends clearly commercial activity, motivated by personal searches and authorial proposals that contribute to the enrichment of the cinematographic narrative. Three of his films were official representatives of the country at the Oscars, and it was only in 2016 that Colombia received an award nomination for the first time with one of them.
