A humorous mockumentary about a group of Bolivian cinephiles who love VHS tapes and their films at a time when the format is about to disappear. Kowalski, the leader, a television and VCR repair technician, joins Cooper, his client, and university student McFly to create “Cassette or Videotape”, a political and cultural movement that demands the VHS audiovisual distribution and consumption format. Together with other magnetic tape lovers, they rewind and pause their conflicts and conquests. As a result, a group of DVD pirates find themselves threatened by the new movement and do everything they can to try to eliminate it.
