Gil Baroni is a director, producer, screenwriter and partner at the production company Beija Flor Filmes. He directed the film Alice Júnior, which had its international premiere at the Generation Showcase of the 70th Berlin International Film Festival and was selected for more than 50 international festivals, winning 25 awards. The film was licensed to Netflix, Rede Globo and Canal Brasil. His most recent film, Casa Izabel, won 5 awards at CINE PE (including Best Film), was selected to open the 12th Olhar de Cinema in Curitiba and had its international premiere at Frameline47 – San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival. The success of the teen movie Alice Júnior yielded a sequel, Alice Júnior Férias de Verão, which is expected to be commercially released in 2025.

Rodrigo de Vasconcellos is a queer screenwriter who was born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in Paraíba. He is the author and co-writer with Alice Marcone of the feature film Blush (RT Features/ dir. Marco Dutra). On TV, he was a screenwriter for the series A Magia de Aruna (Disney+), Best Children’s Screenplay at the 7th ABRA Awards, Best Novela (Prime Video) and Lab de Chef (Futura). He was a head waiter for the series Bola pra Frente (TV Brasil).
