She directed the documentary Diz a Ela que me Viu Chorar (2019), which won the awards for Best Film at Olhar de Cinéma and at the Festival Cinematográfico Internacional del Uruguay, the Special Jury Award at Havana and the Prix des Bibliothèques at Cinéma Du Réel. She also co-directed the feature films A Vida Privada dos Hipopótamos (2014) and Ela Sonhou que Eu Morri (2011), alongside Matias Mariani; and Elevado 3.5 (2007), with Paulo Pastorelo. As a screenwriter, she worked with Anna Muylaert, Cao Hamburger and Marcelo Caetano; she also worked in Matias Mariani’s fiction feature film Cidade Pássaro (2020), which premiered at the Panorama exhibition of the Berlinale.
