Pedro Costa, 15, has always known how to please. Outgoing and charismatic, he gets along with everyone—until his mother catches him about to kiss a boy. Afraid of disappointing her, he enrolls in the elite Sotero school on a mission to become the perfect son, determined to hide parts of himself to make up for what he believes is wrong with him. But Alex, a new classmate he cannot ignore, and William, a childhood enemy now closer than Pedro would like, start to crack his armor. As he forms new bonds, Pedro realizes there is no disguise strong enough to withstand the desire to be who you are.
Tenda dos Milagres
Tenda dos Milagres was founded in Bahia in 2012, following the production of Capitães da Areia, with the aim of continuing its dialogue with childhood and adolescence, social issues and contemporary women. Notable titles include the features Onde Dormem os Sonhos, O Amor Dentro da Câmera and Reggae Resistência, and the series Da Manga Rosa and Toda Menina Baiana.

Cecilia Amado is a director, screenwriter and a founding partner of the Bahia-based production company Tenda dos Milagres. Her work focuses on children and teens, social issues and contemporary women, in films such as Capitães da Areia, Onde Dormem os Sonhos and Beleza da Noite, and series such as Meu Irmão Nerd, Toda Menina Baiana and Da Manga Rosa.

Kaique Brito is a multidisciplinary artist from Bahia. He began his career making videos online and soon expanded into other fields, including acting in Sem Coração, a film shortlisted for the Oscar. Drawn to coming-of-age stories, he is the author of the book Quase Exemplar, whose feature adaptation marks his debut as a screenwriter and director.

She has produced over 100 entertainment programs for Fox Latin America.
