Boulevard Filmes

Boulevard Filmes is an independent production and distribution company with over a decade of activity. Notable titles include Amor, Plástico e Barulho, Libelu – Abaixo a Ditadura and the animated feature Papaya. The company is currently producing the documentary Todas as Batidas de Gilberto Gil and developing A Última Cachorra, Nina Kopko’s debut feature.

Nina Kopko, 32, has a degree in Cinema from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. She works as a director, screenwriter and acting coach. She was the assistant director of the feature film The Invisible Life of Eurídice Gusmão (Un Certain Regard Grand Prize, Cannes Film Festival, 2019) and The Silence of Heaven, in addition to having been a project development supervisor at RT Features. She is currently a professor at the CENA 15 Screenwriting Lab and is developing personal directing projects.

Tainá Muhringer was a screenwriter for the true crime series “Caso Evandro” (Globoplay), the serial killer dramedy “As Seguidoras” (Paramount Plus), the feature film about adolescence “Três Tigres Tristes” (co-written and directed by Gustavo Vinagre, in the final stages), the series “Eu Preso” (Canal Curta!) about the prison system, among others. She is currently writing the script for the next season of the true crime podcast “Projeto Humanos”, the most listened to in Brazil. She is studying for a master’s degree in audiovisual media and processes at ECA/USP, and is studying Brazilian cinema, military dictatorship and images of violence.

Letícia Friedrich is a producer and distributor. As a producer, she produced the award-winning short film Chão de Fábrica, by Nina Kopko, and the feature film Amor, Plástico e Barulho, by Renata Pinheiro. As a distributor, she coordinated the release of more than 30 feature films, including Sem Coração, by Nara Normante, A Hora da Estrela (4K), by Suzana Amaral, and Histórias que o Nosso Cinema (não) Contava, by Fernanda Pessoa.
