Vitória AV. Lab

BrLab and Pique-Bandeira Filmes presented the VITÓRIA AV.LAB – Audiovisual Projects Lab, which took place from July 5th to 23rd, 2021, in an online format.

Professionals from the states of Espírito Santo and Minas Gerais interested in participating in the lab were able to submit their fiction feature film projects, and six narrative (fiction) feature film projects from these states were selected for consultation sessions with renowned professionals that held long histories in Brazilian and Latin American cinema.

The VITÓRIA AV.LAB served as a space for training and qualifying professionals in the region’s audiovisual sector and for improving the selected projects by stimulating the development of their different phases and stages, from script conception through to financing strategies, distribution, and sales.

The VITÓRIA AV.LAB was promoted by Pique-Bandeira Filmes in partnership with BrLab through the Public Call for Integrated Arts of the Aldir Blanc Law that was launched by the Secretariat of Culture of the State of Espírito Santo and the Special Secretariat of Culture of the Ministry of Tourism of the Federal Government.
