Brazil - Ceará
Terra da Paixão, coast of Ceará, Northeast Brazil. Among the Holy Week festivities, young Jordi lives without ties when he discovers that his younger brother, Alan, is involved in the disappearance of his neighbor’s son, a five-year-old boy. As the only witness, Jordi faces a dilemma: hand over his brother or remain silent. What was supposed to be just a celebratory holiday turns into the scene of great barbarity. Easter arrives.
Febre Filmes
Febre Filmes produces films that seek to provoke a feverish heat in the audience, from discomfort to genuine affection, and compose a poetic-realistic portrait of the Northeast. He is currently in post-production of the short films Tiramisú (fiction) and De Assis (documentary). It is also developing the first feature film, Festa Santa, in partnership with Moçambique Audiovisual (BR) and Vertical Production (FR).

From Aracati, Ceará, he is a director and screenwriter. He graduated in Cinema from PUC-Rio, and made the short films Como as Primeiras Chuvas de Caju>, Umbilical and Tiramisú (in post-production). He is currently developing his first feature film, Festa Santa, which participated in CENA 15 at Porto Iracema das Artes and BAL-LAB, an international co-production market in Biarritz, France. He is a member of the Paradiso de Talentos Network.

Luiza França is a producer, director and editor. She co-directed the short films Jornadas de 14 Horas (2022), and Quarta: Dia de Jogo (2020), shown at the Tiradentes Film Festival and winner of Best Screenplay at ROTA V. She produced the short film Tiramisú, in post-production, by Leônidas Oliveira; and worked on the executive production of films by directors such as Marcelo Gomes, Marcelo Grabowsky and Guilherme Coelho.
