Mateus is a young game and anime fan who lives in Pará and dreams of visiting Japan. Upon learning of a cosplay contest whose prize is a trip to the dream destination, he decides that this is his great chance to make his dream come true. The problem will be getting to the event, which will take place in São Paulo, thousands of kilometers away. That’s when his grandfather, Geraldo, offers to take him to the competition in the capital of São Paulo, even though the two are not close to each other. Crossing Brazil together, however, will change this family’s relationships forever.
