In a village where time has stopped, an eternal late afternoon of mist and low sun. The night is over, the sky is filled with fog and sadness. At the top of the hill, a rock watches over the village. The determination of youth breaks the lesim, time finally resumes its march.

Rua Escura is a film production cooperative, formed in 2020, in the city of Porto, by André Gil Mata, Frederico Lobo, João Vladimiro, Luís Palito and Marta Lima. Izabella Faya and producer Fernanda Reznik. He produced the feature films “Sudoeste” (2011) and “Unicórnio” (2018), by Eduardo Nunes; the documentaries “Cinco Vezes Chico – o Velho e sua Gente” (2015) by Izabella Faya and “Antártica Por Um Ano” (2019), by Júlia Martins. All films were screened and awarded at international festivals; and debuted on the Brazilian commercial circuit, in addition to international distribution.
