Matar um morto

Paraguay, 1978. During the Strossner dictatorship, Pastor (50) and Dionisio (25) dedicate themselves to burying corpses clandestinely in a forest. At the same time, the Football World Cup is taking place in Argentina. One morning, among the corpses that arrive, the gravediggers find Argentinean Mario (45), who is still breathing. They know they have to kill him, but they have never murdered anyone before. Pastor and Dionisio are the last link in a nefarious system that results in people disappearing, but this dilemma brings to light their deepest fears. A storm heralds the coming winter, while the fate of the three men is defined during the World Cup final.
