An evangelical for almost 15 years, Nalva is extremely important to the church she attends, where she holds several positions. His 11-year-old son Ualisson is always by his side, and spends his days watching films and music videos. In the last month of the year, Nalva begins to see her church take directions with which she does not agree, while Ualisson takes the reins of the choreography that her dance group will perform at the congregation’s New Year’s party. He is, little by little, gaining autonomy, understanding himself in the world and discovering who he wants to be. Everything that Nalva identified with begins to disfigure itself. As New Year’s Eve approaches, it becomes clear that mother and son will undergo a major transformation in their lives.
