An unemployed journalist discovers he has a look-alike in town. When he investigates him, he sees that he is involved with the distribution of deepfakes in the electoral race. Certain that he is after the scoop of his life, he takes advantage of his resemblance to the other to delve deeper into this underworld, until he himself can no longer separate the fake from the real.
