Synopsis
Enrique Michelin, mayor of Surubí, a town on the verge of extinction, seeks to demonstrate a series of alleged miracles in a last desperate attempt to survive, and thus transform the place into a sort of holy land. But divine power is a double-edged sword; even more so in a town in need of a savior.
