Paulo Pastorelo

Paulo Pastorelo is an architect and urban planner graduated from FAU-USP (2005), with a master’s degree in Film and Audiovisual Studies from Université Paris 3 - Sorbonne Nouvelle (2011). He began his career with the documentary Vale o homem seus pertences (2005), a byproduct of his research in Vale do Jequitinhonha between 2000 and 2002. He is co-director of the award-winning Elevado 3.5 (É Tudo Verdade 2007) and, in 2013, he launched his second feature film, Tokiori – dobras do tempo, a Brazil, France and Japan co-production.
