Film director and producer, born in Montevideo, Uruguay. He has lived in Brazil since 2004, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Film from FAAP/SP. His short films “Avós” (2009), “Oma” (2011), “The beast” (2016) and his feature film “Avanti Popolo” were screened at numerous international and national festivals such as Directors’ Fortnight, Berlinale, Rotterdam and Brasília, and have received more than 60 awards over the last few years. He is a partner of Sancho & Punta, where he produced feature films such as “Los territorios”, directed by Ivan Granovsky (Rotterdam, 2017), Pablo Giorgelli's “Invisible” (Venice, Orizzonti, 2017), Ricardo Alves Jr's “Elon não acredita na morte” (Rotterdam, 2017), and worked as associate producer in Lucrécia Martel's “Zama” (Venice, 2017), among others.
