Her current line of work is directed at empowering small businesses by focusing on brand identity, digital transformation including loyalty programmes and leadership skills. She was previously director of marketing and brand at Curzon Cinemas, combining her love of arthouse film with brand and creative strategy, a creative director at Birds Eye View, an organization promoting gender equality in film, and launched Filmonomics, a training scheme for film business strategy targeted at female practitioners. From 2004 to 2013 she worked at Soda Pictures as head of distribution.
