Synopsis

Akita, a bloodthirsty killer of the Japanese yakuza, travels from Tokyo to São Paulo to kill a traitor. But no one knows that Akita also has a personal and secret agenda: finding his ex-wife, who abandoned him, taking their son with her. Akita has terminal cancer and wants to see his son before he dies. But he unexpectedly passes out, and when he awakes he has been admitted into a hospital and is handcuffed to the bed. After a long search, Interpol has finally managed to catch up with him. At the hospital, Akita meets Yuko, a terminally ill young criminal, with whom he manages to escape. Together they embark on a journey, trying to beat their diseases and settle past debts.
