Alice Riff is a film director, screenwriter and film producer. O que está por vir is her first fiction feature film project. She produced and directed the feature films Eleições (2018), Meu corpo é político (2017) and Platamama (2018). She also produced Histórias que nosso cinema (não) contava, directed by Fernanda Pessoa. The films were screened and awarded at festivals such as Visions du Réel, BAFICI, Festival del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano de Havana, Festival de Brasília, Olhar de Cinema de Curitiba, among others.
