Ocean Films is a Brazilian production company with over 20 years of experience. It has already collaborated with several channels and platforms, among them: Netflix, Globoplay, HBO, ESPN Brazil, TV Globo, Turner Broadcasting, RTP (Portugal), MTV (India), TV Cultura, Canal Brasil, among others. His first feature film, "Pequeno Segredo", was selected to represent Brazil at the 2017 Academy Awards. His most recent productions are the doc-reality series "For a Breath" (Globoplay) and the co-production of the fiction series "Summer Season" (Netflix). The documentary series "Transamazonica - A Road to the Past" (HBO), won the 2022 Brazilian Cinema Grand Prix for Best Documentary Series. The feature documentary "Amazonia, the New Minamata?", by Jorge Bodanzky, in co-production with Globo Filmes and Globo News and associated production by Video Filmes, had its preview at the São Paulo IFF in October 2022. Ocean has several releases planned for 2023, including 3 feature films and 2 series, besides 4 projects in production. Its performance in the production services segment positions it as one of the most active companies in Brazil and South America.
